The Brewster Fish House, nestled on Main Street in Brewster, MA, is a seafood lover's paradise that consistently garners rave reviews. Patrons are enamored with the seasonal menu that showcases fresh, locally sourced seafood, transformed into exquisite culinary experiences. Highlights include the shrimp-laden Cioppino and the perfectly seared Day Boat Cod, celebrated for its vibrant flavors. Bill Morris extols the calamari and lobster cavatelli, while Jim Freed praises their tender brisket and phenomenal lobster rangoons. The Fried Cod appears to be a crowd favorite, reminiscent of traditional Friday night fish fries, winning over both locals and visitors alike. While the restaurant does not take reservations, the lively atmosphere and attentive staff—often described as both accommodating and friendly—ensure a memorable dining experience. Melissa Burnham notes that despite the lack of reservations, the wait is worth it, especially during bustling summer Sundays. From the creative cocktails at the bar to the gourmet dishes that reflect culinary trends, The Brewster Fish House delivers on both quality and taste. Even with minor drawbacks, like tight seating arrangements, the stellar food and warm hospitality create a compelling reason to return time and again. Whether you're a local or a traveler, this charming establishment should undoubtedly be included in your dining itinerary.

Another incredible meal at the Brewster Fish House. This place became part of our dinner rotation on the Cape snd it won't be removed any time soon. The calamari was tremendous, the foie gras with grilled peach slices, melted in your mouth. The lobster with cavatelli, linguica and peas was outstanding, the fish and chips were very much like the Friday night fush fry tgst us so popular in our home state of Wisconsin, and the cocktails and wines were especially good.

Really delicious gourmet seafood. It’s expensive and totally worth it! The menu changes each season and reflects availability and culinary trends. They do not do reservations it’s strictly first come first served. Sunday lunch is lined out the door every week in summer. Nice bar for cocktails too.

Amazing restaurant. Quaint and upscale. The food was incredible, and the host/waitress was very accommodating, friendly, kind, and attentive. We had the lobster rangoons to start, and they were phenomenal. I ordered the brisket for dinner, and it was the most tender brisket I have ever had. The entire dish was well put together, and each component complimented the others well. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. The prices are very fair for the high-quality food and service you receive. Drinks were great as well. I would come back in a heartbeat. It's worth the trip out to the Cape for this place alone.

They don't take reservations so this meant we were able to call when on our way and get a spot, which was great on a busy Saturday night! The food was really good, best lobster bisque I have ever had, and the scallops we're delicious too! Great selection of wines also!

The food was spectacular. Fresh and very well prepared. The location close to the women restroom its not the best... should be a 2 top there not a 4 top table The idea of being rush from the server was also a little uncomfortable, being middle week.

Brewster Fish House has some of the best seafood on the Cape. You HAVE to get their lobster bisque. It's the best I've ever had. Their lobster rangoons are also delicious. They have excellent cocktails and desserts, too. Great service and upscale food in a pretty casual dining space.

We both ordered the fish and chips with sweet potato fries substituting for French fries. It was a nice large filet of Cod. Simply delicious. But there's more. I can't recall the last time my 89-year-old mother ate a whole restaurant meal. She devoured the whole fish, fries and then the key lime pie. I am still stunned. Our waitress, Kerry, did a great job and was attentive.
